The course is aimed at people who know the basics well and intend to continue learning Polish at the intermediate level. After mastering the content of the course, the users are able to express themselves coherently and to present and explain their point of view during a discussion.

Details

The set contains a textbook and a CD-ROM with the multimedia course and MP3 recordings. Contact with the language in three different ways improves effectiveness of the learning process. You can work with the multimedia course in the comfort of your own home and thumb through the textbook on a tram or a bus, while listening to dialogues and lists of vocabulary recorded by the Polish native speakers. The content of the course is presented in English.

The textbook comprises 12 extensive lessons containing dialogues, texts and cultural comments, as well as grammatical explanations and exercises. An answer key and practical English-Polish and Polish-English dictionaries with words from the course can be found at the end of the book.

Apart from the course, the CD-ROM contains also a set of MP3 recordings. This will let you listen to texts on any MP3 player and to repeat vocabulary e.g. during a walk or while driving a car.
