The Newsweek article states that one of the ways is to ”install SuperMemo”! According to the magazine, learning foreign languages trains your prefrontal cortex, the area responsible for decision making and emotions. At the same time Sharon Begley, the author of the article 31 ways to get smarter in 2012, recommends the SuperMemo program as a method of cataloguing and then successfully memorising new and important data.
